We love our old 1800s barn and all of its charm with its hand hued beams and rustic character! October 2021, the venue became home once again to no-cost wedding ceremonies to several active military members and veterans.
We are delighted with all of the generosity of businesses and makers joining in on Month of Military, allowing us to offer engagement & wedding photography, new & gently used wedding dresses, salon services, floral, wedding planning, custom made gifts & gift cards, and so much more to the couples. We appreciate your support to be able to give back to our military members.

WoodBottom Quail Farms LLC offered the entire month of October 2021 to military personnel, currently serving and veterans, at no cost to the couples. The wedding couples were responsible for acquiring a valid Ohio marriage license and supplying the license to the wedding officiant prior to the wedding day.
Weddings took place in our rustic barn, decorated for weddings. Extra decorations and music could be added at the expense of the couples. A wedding officiant will be supplied, but can be substituted with your own wedding officiant if you so choose, at the expense of the couples. No reception on the farm will be offered, as we are currently not set up for receptions. Wedding size was 30 guests max, with parking for 15 vehicles currently, but that may change as we head into our reconstruction phase increasing in size.
We secured donations from several businesses to be included in this gift to our military. Some of those include professional photography services, floral arrangements, swag bag items, wedding gifts, gift certificates for services such as salon & spa, upscale dining, handcrafted gift items, and more. Items collected will be distributed equally amongst the military couples. Donated wedding dresses are also currently being collected to be worn on the wedding day if desired, in a variety of sizes.
The barn area is in the process of remodel currently as we reconfigure the area, offering a staged area for the ceremonies. While we complete that portion of the remodel, we are still offering the original ceremony area to anyone wanting to have their own wedding here on the farm.

Pricing depending on the ceremony, size, etc. We are in the process of expanding the area, and are currently accommodating parking for up to 15 vehicles. Extra guest size and parking may be added for an additional charge. Wedding officiant and designated barn area are included, as well as an opportunity to add in additional photo op areas including the pond. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to reserve your day.
